Information you choose to share
We receive your name, email, optional brand, selected services and channels, written message and, if you choose, your voice recording. Please avoid sensitive personal information.
Voice recordings and AI
With your consent, your recording is stored privately and sent through Lovable AI for transcription and translation into Polish. The original transcript, Polish version and detected language are saved with your enquiry and sent to Zbigniew by email. Automated results can contain errors. No voice identification is performed.
Purpose and access
Information is used to review and answer your enquiry, not for marketing lists. Website hosting, private storage, AI processing and email delivery services handle the data for this purpose. The recording is not public; its email listening link expires after seven days. Link expiry does not delete the recording.
Your choices and rights
Voice processing relies on your consent. You can instead send a written enquiry without a recording. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing Zbigniew; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Storage and deletion
Voice recordings are kept for 90 days from upload and automatically deleted during the next hourly cleanup. This also applies to recordings already stored. Written enquiries, transcripts and copies in email remain until separately deleted; they are not deleted by the audio cleanup. You can request earlier deletion by email. The site owner still needs to confirm the full legal details.
